This was my first time at a spa and I didn't know what I wanted. The owner was there and recommended that I get a foot detox. It was a cool and relaxing experience and she even gave me some advice on how to help with my joint and back problems. It's also decorated in a unique way that I thought created a really nice vibe. Overall I'd definitely go back and recommend it to others :)

Bar none the best spa in Berks County. They have services there you will not find anywhere in our region. Therapeutic massage, Pain management treatments, Holistic health alternatives, Couple's treatments and events, organic foods, vitamins and the list goes on. A bit off the main path but a diamond when found. Situated on what was a 5 acre gentlemen's farm the Sap has spectacular views of the pond, sculptured lawns and gardens.
It pains me to have to write this, but the one star is deserved. I scheduled a couples' massage for my wife's 40th birthday two weeks in advance. The appointment was confirmed verbally on the phone while I sat at my computer with my Google calendar up. We show up today and BANG! the appointment is in their book for tomorrow. We have a long-standing family commitment tomorrow, which would have been glaringly obvious to me while I sat staring on my own calendar. There's absolutely no way I would've double booked. They did not apologize nor attempt to try and rectify the mistake. My wife was horribly disappointed. I'm horribly frustrated and angry. No matter how well you trust your business acument, there's always room for a mistake. I can tell you, this error was all them. Period. I will not be recommending this business to anyone. There are plenty of top-notch spas in Berks County, but in my experience The Spa at Willow Pond is not one of them.
